The Mac preview is available

The October 16 app build is now packaged for manual download. It includes form-readiness and submission-recovery improvements, preserves edits made in the browser, and fixes worker-pipe CPU use after a worker exits. The app signature and relocated worker/browser checks pass. Apple notarization, automatic updates, and broader Mac compatibility checks are pending.

A proper home for help

A product guide, troubleshooting, development changes, availability information, and a policy directory now sit together. Existing policy addresses stay compatible with the app’s setup screens.

A clearer path into the app

New accounts move through policy acceptance and setup before the main workspace opens.
Setup progress is included in account-linked product analytics.
The local model server can be found in Homebrew’s location when launching from the Dock.
Packaging changes reduce the app bundle by approximately 340 MB.
The beta requires sign-in; guest workspace import has been removed.

Before a notarized release

Signed and notarized installer, verified checksum, and versioned release notes.
Clean installation and upgrade checks on supported Macs.
Verified sign-in, service connections, and application recovery.
Final policy review, effective dates, jurisdiction, and verified request handling.
Validated account deletion, export, and retention procedures.

The in-app updater uses a signed release feed. Automatic-update packages will only be published through the verified release process; the current preview is a separate manual download.
